We will hold your new item for you while we wait to receive your original purchase. Once we receive your original purchase, we will then ship you your new item FREE of charge. RETURNS + Most items are returnable and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. All return items must have tags attached, may not be worn and may not be altered and/or washed in anyway. + The following items are always final sale and non-returnable; all accessories, intimates, swimwear, vintage, and sale items. + Please email info@wildandheart.com for return and exchange instructions with RETURN/EXCHANGE in the subject box, along with your order number. +You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping: + Standard USA and international shipping does not include tracking or insurance. Once an order is fulfilled and given to shipping courier, Wild and Heart Co. will not be held responsible for any damages and/or theft incurred. To better protect yourself we recommend adding tracking and insurance to your purchases. + If you receive a package that is damaged, empty, or tampered with in anyway please contact your local carrier immediately and report a claim.
