available in:- 24k gold vermeil (recycled silver, dipped in 3 microns of recycled 24k gold)

handmade jewelry: i've made each piece with environmentally friendly practices as nature is on my mind every step of the way.

sustainable packaging: each piece is kept safe in an organic cotton pouch, all packaging from the box, tissue paper, envelope, shipping label and cards are made from recycled content.

includes warranty (refer to warranty section).

easy returns on silver, plated, & vermeil pieces (refer to refund section).

sales are final on all custom-made and solid gold pieces.

FREE EXCHANGES + If you know what you would like to exchange your purchase for please contact us at: shopping@wildandheart.com. We will hold your new item for you while we wait to receive your original purchase. Once we receive your original purchase, we will then ship you your new item FREE of charge. RETURNS + Most items are returnable and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. All return items must have tags attached, may not be worn and may not be altered and/or washed in anyway. + The following items are always final sale and non-returnable; all accessories, intimates, swimwear, vintage, and sale items. + Please email info@wildandheart.com for return and exchange instructions with RETURN/EXCHANGE in the subject box, along with your order number. +You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To better protect yourself we recommend adding tracking and insurance to your purchases. + If you receive a package that is damaged, empty, or tampered with in anyway please contact your local carrier immediately and report a claim.
