Returns + Exchanges
+ If you know what you would like to exchange your purchase for please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will hold your new item for you while we wait to receive your original purchase. Once we receive your original purchase, we will then ship you your new item FREE of charge.*
+ All sales made in store are returnable for exchange or store credit only.
+ All sale items are final sale.
+ Most items are returnable and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. All return items must have tags attached, may not be worn and may not be altered and/or washed in anyway.
+ The following items are always final sale and non-returnable; all accessories, intimates, swimwear, vintage, and sale items.
+ Please email email@example.com for return and exchange instructions with RETURN/EXCHANGE in the subject box, along with your order number.
+You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
+ If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
+ Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
+ Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
+ If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
+ Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
