To better protect yourself we recommend adding tracking and insurance to your purchases. + If you receive a package that is damaged, empty, or tampered with in anyway please contact your local carrier immediately and report a claim. FREE EXCHANGES + If you know what you would like to exchange your purchase for please contact us at: shopping@wildandheart.com. We will hold your new item for you while we wait to receive your original purchase. Once we receive your original purchase, we will then ship you your new item FREE of charge. RETURNS + Most items are returnable and must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
