We will hold your new item for you while we wait to receive your original purchase. Once we receive your original purchase, we will then ship you your new item FREE of charge. RETURNS + Most items are returnable and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. All return items must have tags attached, may not be worn and may not be altered and/or washed in anyway. + The following items are always final sale and non-returnable; all accessories, intimates, swimwear, vintage, and sale items. + Please email info@wildandheart.com for return and exchange instructions with RETURN/EXCHANGE in the subject box, along with your order number. +You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
